Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable To: All paid services and subscriptions offered by Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP and its brands

This policy sets out the terms for cancellations and refunds for all paid products and services offered by Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP. We encourage you to read this policy before making any purchase.

5.1  Wynk Jobs — Employer Subscriptions & Job Postings

Job Posting Credits

  • Single job posting credits are non-refundable once a posting has been published and activated.
  • Unused credits may be retained in your account for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Monthly / Annual Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of the month.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may cancel within 7 days of initial purchase for a full refund, provided no job postings have been published. After 7 days, no refund is available; access continues until the end of the subscription period.
  • Upgraded or downgraded plans: Changes take effect at the next billing cycle with no prorated adjustment.

5.2  Xpertised — Online Courses

  • Full refund: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • No refund: Once you have accessed more than 20% of course content, or after 7 days from purchase (whichever comes first), no refund is applicable.
  • Bundle courses: Each course in a bundle is evaluated individually against the 20% threshold.
  • Instructor-led live sessions: Cancellation with full refund is permitted up to 48 hours before the session start time. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.

5.3  AreUCertified — Online Assessments

  • Assessment fees are fully refundable if you cancel before starting the test session.
  • Once the test session has been initiated (timer started), fees are non-refundable regardless of completion.
  • Re-attempt fees are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a technical failure caused by our platform preventing test completion, we will offer a complimentary re-attempt or full refund at our discretion.

5.4  NestLocate — Agent & Developer Listings

  • Property listing packages: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if no listings have been published.
  • Featured listing upgrades: Non-refundable once the listing has gone live.
  • Annual agent subscriptions: 7-day cooling-off period with full refund; non-refundable thereafter.

5.5  Tech Wynk IT Solutions / Wynk Agency — Client Services

  • Retainer agreements: Governed by the specific terms of the signed agreement or SOW.
  • Project-based engagements: Milestone-based payments are non-refundable for completed and accepted milestones. Disputes regarding deliverable quality must be raised within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Staffing placement fees: Replacement guarantees and fee terms are defined in individual staffing agreements.

5.6  How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at billing@techwynk.com with subject line: “Refund Request – [Product/Service Name]”
  • Include your registered email address, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5.7  Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension or termination
  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window
  • Change of mind after accessing paid content beyond the threshold
  • Failure to use a service during the subscription period
