6.1 Ownership
Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP is the owner or authorised licensee of all intellectual property rights in our websites, platforms, software, databases, trademarks, logos, brand names, and content. These rights are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957; the Trade Marks Act, 1999; the Patents Act, 1970; and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
6.2 Our Brands & Trade Marks
The following brand names, domain names, logos, and product names are the exclusive property of Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP. Unauthorised use of any of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Any use of these names, logos, domain names, or confusingly similar marks in connection with any product, service, or communication without the prior written consent of Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
6.3 Platform Software & Technology
- The source code, databases, algorithms, user interfaces, and APIs powering our platforms are proprietary software owned by Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on our software is strictly prohibited.
- Access to our APIs (where provided) is governed by separate API terms and conditions.
6.4 Content on Our Platforms
- All original content created by Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP, including articles, course materials, assessments, templates, marketing materials, and graphical assets, is protected by copyright.
- User-generated content (resumes, job listings, property listings, assessment responses) remains the property of the user, but by posting on our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and process such content for the purpose of providing our services.
- You may not reproduce, republish, download, print, or distribute our proprietary content without express written permission.
6.5 Permitted Use
The following limited uses are permitted without prior written consent:
- Sharing links to our public web pages on social media
- Referencing our brand name(s) in factual, non-misleading contexts
- Using publicly available employer or property listing data as displayed on our platforms for personal, non-commercial research
6.6 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe any content on our platforms infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to:

Include: Description of the work, URL of infringing content, your contact details, and a declaration that the information is accurate
We will investigate all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removal of infringing content, within a reasonable timeframe.
6.7 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Our platforms integrate third-party tools and libraries that are governed by their respective licences (e.g., open-source software, Google Maps API, Stripe, Amazon SES). We comply with all applicable licence terms and do not claim ownership of third-party components.
